Book your room using the "Book my room" tab. The reservation form serves as both your RSVP and room booking.

The deposit required to secure your room is the cost of one night; the remaining amount is due at the resort during check-in.

We have a limited number of various room types available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred type is unavailable, please contact Jamie Bosley to inquire about releasing additional rooms.

If transportation is not booked through the travel form, no arrangements will be made for your trip. Our wedding coordinator will contact you at a later date to arrange transportation.

Your room is refundable up to 23 days prior to your arrival date.

Rooms will remain available until September 5, 2026. After this date, any booking will not be available directly through the wedding website and you will need to inquire with Jamie to book.
